Asked what Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain took from their song, guitarist/singer Eugene Kelly told The Guardian: "I think he liked the childlike simplicity of them.

His songwriting partner McKee added: "My kids have just got into Nirvana and my eldest boy - he's 9 - turned to me recently and said, 'Mum, we prefer Nirvana's version of 'Molly's Lips' to yours!'
